Private Coaching +
We offer tailored sports accompaniment, designed to fit your goals and pace. The Private Coaching+ stands out for its integrated approach, combining sports expertise and health assessment for sustainable and secure results. These different packs include:
Individual coaching sessions in the room (6h, 12h, 8h, 30h or 40h).
A basic health check (Neurocom test, exercise test, body analysis and cardiac variability).
Unlimited access to the room over a period adapted to your commitment (6 or 12 months).
Flexibility and versatility
Private Coaching+ gives you access to the semi-private course, offering a variety of training while maintaining a personalized follow-up.
We recommend 30-minute coaching sessions, spread over several weeks, which guarantees regular progression and avoids overload. (Pack of 6h = 12 sessions). Alternate between individual, semi-private coaching and free training for maximum progression!

Coaching Semi-Private
The perfect balance between group dynamics and personalized monitoring. Semi-Private sessions combine the energy of a small group (2-5 people) with individual support. Ideal for those looking to surpass themselves in a motivating atmosphere!
This program offers:

The subscription to the semi-private coaching program includes 12 sessions to be conducted in 3 months. The session lasts 1 hour. In the first quarter, we perform a Neurocom test to customize and adapt your sport program. Your program is reworked every 4 weeks to maintain motivation and efficiency.

Planning and monitoring
Whether you are a beginner or a confirmed athlete, we offer offers tailored to your specific needs. Discover our 3 custom packages which combine 3 or 6 month training planning, complete balance sheets and remote monitoring.

Fun&Run
running class
A dynamic course focused on running to improve your endurance and performance. Whether you are an experienced or amateur runner, our sessions are adapted to all levels and supervised by professionals. Each participant has a personalized training plan and weekly follow-up.
Schedule:
Tuesday: 12:20 to 1:30 p.m.

Room subscription
Enjoy unlimited access to our gym to develop your strength, endurance or mobility. We also offer a training program that we will adapt to your needs. Our subscriptions range from 1 month to 4 months and more. An access bracelet is provided, and secure locker rental is available.

Monday to Friday: 6.30am to 8.30pm
Saturday – Sunday : 9am to 6pm
Our Seniors Courses

Group course in the centre
On the program: Conviviality & Wellness! Our 1 hour sessions, specially designed for seniors, combine soft exercises and exchange moments. On the program: stretching to improve flexibility, balancing workshops to prevent falls, and muscle building movements adapted to the joints.

Monday: 10:00 to 11:00
Thursday: 18:00 to 19:00
March & Court
From January to August, join our weekly sessions at Stade du Bout du Monde, designed for walkers and runners of all levels. Every Thursday, 2 groups are offered to meet your desires and abilities: one group dedicated to walking and another to racing. These sessions offer an ideal opportunity to work on your endurance, improve your fitness and share a friendly moment in nature.
- Hours : Thursday, from 14:30 to 16:00.
- Location : Stade du Bout du Monde (Rte de Vessy 12, Geneva).
- Summer exception : From July to August, the courses take place at Bertrand ParkFrom 10:00 to 11:30.

In collaboration with the City of Genevathe programme « Resist Dynamics » offers specially designed outdoor courses for seniors or anyone who wants to maintain regular physical activity. The sessions, adapted to all levels, take place in emblematic green spaces in Geneva and aim to improve mobility, strengthen muscles and promote general well-being in a warm atmosphere.
- Proposed activities : Mild exercises, muscle building and balance workshops.
- Guidance : By qualified professionals, attentive to individual needs.

Do I have to be a sportsman to register?
Absolutely not. Our programs, whether they be private, semi-private coaching or group courses, are adapted to all levels, from beginner to confirmed athlete. Each session is customized according to your abilities and goals.
How does Private + coaching work?
Private Coaching+ combines individual sessions with a coach, a basic health check (Neurocom test, stress test, body analysis and analysis of cardiac variability at rest) and unlimited access to the room for 6 to 12 months depending on the offer. This program is designed to provide ongoing monitoring and sustainable results.
What facilities are available in the room?
Our room is equipped with Technogym devices for strength training and cardio, as well as innovative tools such as Sensopro to improve coordination and balance. You also have all the facilities that a gym can hold like stepps, floor mats, free weight, kettlebell, TRX...
Can I join a group or outside course during the year?
Yes, subject to availability of seats. Our collective and outdoor courses are designed to allow easy integration at any time, with exercises tailored to your level.
