11. Reservation management and automation
When making an appointment with Athletica via an online reservation tool, some data can be collected and processed to ensure proper management of your request. These data may include your surname, first name, e-mail address, date and time of appointment, as well as the type of appointment reserved.
In order to improve our internal organization and follow-up of our requests, Athletica uses workflow automation tools, including n8n, which allow the secure transfer of certain booking information to our internal management and tracking tools.
In this context, booking data can be used to:
- record the request in an internal tracking table;
- send a confirmation or follow-up email;
- facilitate the organization of appointments and the relationship with people who have contacted Athletica.
Some of this data can be processed via third-party services such as Google Sheets / Google Workspace, only for the purpose of managing bookings, administrative tracking and communication with the data subjects.
These treatments are based on the execution of pre-contractual or contractual measures at your request, as well as on the legitimate interest of Athletica to effectively organize its appointments, contact requests and customer follow-up.
The data thus processed are accessible only to authorized persons within the Athletica and are kept for the duration necessary to manage the appointment, to monitor the relationship, or in accordance with our legal obligations.
