Who and objectives
This programme is intended for runners who are preparing the Geneva Marathon 2026 and want a clear framework for progress without burning the stages. The objective is develop endurance, wear and racing technique, while reducing the risk of injury through consistent progression.

Tracking your progress with our dedicated apps
Balance sheet and personalized plan option
To go further than a collective course, Athletica offers a Custom option based on tests and individualised planning, to optimize your progression and reduce the risk of injury. This option is ideal if you are aiming for a time target, if you are going back after an injury, or if you want training areas really adapted to your profile.
Taking stock
Athletica tests and reviews serve as a basis for customization: they help identify your strengths, improvement axes and priority levers for your marathon preparation.
Getting Planning
Based on your results, our coaches build a personalized training plan, with concrete recommendations (lights/zones, progressivity, recovery) to maximize the effectiveness of each session.
Remote tracking
Athletica also offers a remote tracking format with a regular point to adjust the load, answer your questions and maintain a sustainable progression.
